NAFFCO and Kentec launches one of the worlds first gold plated fire panel at Intersec 2019 21 Jan 2019
Kentec, the leading manufacturer of life-critical control systems, has launched in partnership with NAFFCO one of the world’s first gold plated Fire Panels at Intersec 2019.
The UL approved analogue addressable fire panel is available in four and eight slot variants, and ranges from two to 16 detection loops. It can provide up to 144 zone indications and support more than 2,000 detection devices and can network up to 128 panels, making it ideal for the largest sites such as schools, hospitals, multi-site retail/supermarkets, critical infrastructure and major commercial and industrial facilities.
Multiple protocols can be supported on each panel to give installers and end-users maximum choice in their systems’ design, and the scalable nature of the product provides the highest level of future-proofing and networking possibilities.
The panel has 16 different language options with Arabic and an additional ten languages being launched in the next few months.
The fire panel is compliant to UAE RoSH 2 and is approved to UL-864 10th edition. It is also EN-54-2/EN-54-4 certified, with pending approval for Vds and Part-13. Taktis is designed with pan-European/international customers in mind.
The show takes place on the 20-22 January 2019 in Dubai, and the gold panel can be viewed in the VIP area of the NAFFCO stand in Hall 6 during that time.
