All returns of Kentec products will be pursuant to Kentec instructions.

Products for credit will be subject to Kentec Repair and Return Policy (effective at the time of purchase), including applicable restocking charges and other conditions of return.

Returned for repair or credit product must be properly packed and shipped to the Kentec specified location. Shipping containers must be clearly marked as instructed by Kentec’s sales team and shipped freight prepaid by the buyer.

 

Requesting product return for credit authorisation, state original purchase order number and an explanation of why you want to return the goods.
