Product Returns Procedure

We recognise that from time to time customers order products that for various reasons they are no longer required.

To help our customers we have developed a policy and procedure which is designed to meet our customers’ needs.

The following procedure should be followed for all returns of new and unused product. Unfortunately we cannot accept back
product that has been used or installed.

 

Request an RMA in writing either by email or fax. State your original purchase order number and an explanation of why you want to return the goods.

We will process the RMA and where appropriate return the form to you authorised and with details of any handling fee.

  • If we cannot accept the goods for return for any reason we will contact you directly to discuss this.

Return the goods to Kentec with the completed, authorised RMA form.
