Taktis UL 8 Channel Conventional Zone Module

The 8 Channel Conventional Zone Module is a simple plug-in expansion module for use with the Taktis UL Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel.

The module provides 8 conventional zone inputs (Class B) within the panel. which can be used to connect Conventional Detection devices or devices with volt-free contacts onto the addressable fire alarm system. Circuits attached to the zone inputs are fully monitored for short and open circuit trouble events.

Zone inputs support both Class A and B wiring configurations. Class B configuration provides 8 radial zone circuits, Class B configuration combines adjacent zones to create 4 zone circuit loops i.e. Zone 1 & 2 terminals are combined to create a single zone loop circuit.
