Intersec has consistently proven to be a successful event for Kentec, and 2026 was no exception.

Over three days at Intersec, Kentec exhibited alongside global industry leaders in fire safety, security and protection at one of the industry’s most important international gatherings. As an international business with customers in over 90 countries, the event provides invaluable opportunities to meet customers face-to-face, strengthening relationships and reinforcing the connections that support long-term partnerships. Our international Business Development Managers were present throughout the exhibition, engaging with partners, customers and industry peers from across multiple regions.

An unforgettable end to the event

Kentec was awarded Best Active Fire Safety Product at the Intersec Awards for K-Detect-iON. It marks a huge victory, and our third and last day was a moment of genuine celebration.

Bringing an award home was not something we anticipated, but it was a proud conclusion to the event and a reminder of the impact that teamwork, dedication and industry focus can achieve.
