This month, at Kentec, we’re joining the global community in celebrating the diversity and strength of the LGBTQIA+ community. Pride Month is important to us because it’s not just about having fun – it’s a time to look back at progress and honour the people who’ve helped make things better for everyone. 

Pride Month isn’t only about parties; it’s also a reminder that the fight for LGBTQIA+ rights and against unfair treatment is ongoing. At Kentec, we’re committed to supporting these rights and making sure that everyone’s different voices make our society richer. 

Creating a welcoming and safe place is something we all need to do together. We want everyone in our workplace to feel accepted and valued. We believe in treating each other with respect, kindness, and open-mindedness, making sure that we not only acknowledge but also celebrate our differences.
