To provide the knowledge and practice necessary to effectively install, commission, maintain, expand and update, the Ockular Graphics application
Course Duration
One Day Course: 09.00 – 16.00 (UK time – times and duration are approximate)
Course Objectives
- Explore the configuration, design and capabilities of the Ockular Graphics application.
- Use Loop Explorer 1 (LE1) and Loop Explorer 2 (LE2) software to transfer fire system configurations to the Ockular Graphics application from a compatible Fire Control Panel
- Understand how to connect a PC running Ockular Graphics to its associated Fire Alarm Control Panel
- Create and modify graphics files associated with a project in order to become familiar with the configurable attributes of the Ockular application.
Course Notes
- This course is dynamic in nature and content will be modified as the Application develops and matures.
- The course is biased towards field-based elements.
- A PowerPoint presentation will support the practical elements and will be used only to highlight key aspects that could not be communicated otherwise.
- A maximum of 6 people per course (classroom based training courses).
- Please note that we are only able to offer Ockular Graphics Package training to Kentec direct account holders or via Authorised Distributors.
- Non-account holders should submit their training request via an Authorised Distributor in the first instance
- There may be a cost incurred, per person, for attending the course.
- On-line training courses will be conducted over MS Teams – an e-invite will be sent out prior to the course using the provided email address.
