Syncro AS Listec control panels allow a Listec SCU800 addressable linear heat detection controller to be connected directly to the Syncro AS Listec analogue addressable fire control panel to provide detailed information on activated elements within the linear heat detection cable. This includes allocation of zone and address numbers as well as a forty character location message for each element of the heat detection cable.
All elements of the heat detection cable can be individually assigned to cause and effects tables along with other inputs to the Syncro AS Listec panel from devices connected to the detection loops and inputs from I/O boards connected to the control panel's serial bus. This enables the linear heat detection part of the fire system to be fully integrated with the rest of the system and to provide a central point of indication and control.
Syncro AS Listec control panels are available with one or two loop drivers and with Apollo, Argus Vega or Hochiki protocols. The panels maybe be networked to other Syncro AS Listec control panels of the same protocol (but not to standard Syncro or Syncro AS control panels) by fitting the optional S555 fault tolerant network card to provide systems with up to 64 control panels.
Syncro AS Listec fully supports all devices from the leading, open protocol detector manufacturers and can be supplied with Apollo (S90/XP95/Discovery), Argus Spectrum (Vega) or Hochiki (ESP) loop drivers, all capable of providing up to 400 milliamps of loop current for the most demanding applications. An integral three Amp power supply and temperature compensated battery charger provides ample power for the two, 1 Amp rated standard sounder outputs, loop powered sounders and other devices.
